Mr. CEES WM NIEBOER, CEO, HeRoes Group

Cees Nieboer is a highly qualified Management Consultant, Trainer, author and public speaker, with international experience. His hands-on, 30-year business experience at senior management and Board level in a variety of industries enables him to combine the theory of management practice with real-life experience. His sessions are focused, enjoyable and memorable and result in a highly effective transfer of knowledge to the workplace.

Sessions conducted by Cees include: Basic Selling Skills, Advanced Selling, Time Management, Supervisory Skills, Leadership, Communication, Media Handling, Presentation Skills, Negotiation Skills, Customer Care, Developing Interpersonal

Relations, Stress Management, Internal Quality Auditing, Introduction to ISO 9000 & 14001 Introduction to Lumina Spark psychometric model, Change Management,Team Building, Human Resource Management. His focus over the last two years has been on the last four topics.

He is accredited by Lumina as a psychometric practitioner, part of the accreditation faculty and holds British Psychological Society Accreditation - Levels A & B and a DBA in Human Resource Management.

A Dutch national, fluent in English, Dutch, with a working knowledge of French and German, who is able to work very effectively in a multi-cultural training environment.

He began his management career in Safety and Fire Fighting Systems for vessels and offshore platforms operating out of Rotterdam. He then joined IBM, Netherlands, where he worked for seven years in the Sales & Marketing department responsible for handling key accounts, large organizations and government institutions.

Responsibilities included servicing Dutch government bodies, ministries, Dutch Telecom, foreign embassies and the Dutch Royal Household.

Cees left IBM in the mid 1980's having been headhunted for an international leasing company and given particular responsibility for marketing IT solutions and developing Quality programmes.

In 1989 he set up his own successful group of companies dealing with Quality Management and Training. Part of this work involved commencing ISO Certification activities representing an international certification body in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

An experienced assessor and trainer in all aspects of ISO 9000 and other Quality Management Systems, Cees has audited and guided numerous companies through the process of ISO certification, both in Europe and the Middle East. He has also run courses in Change Management and Business Process Re-engineering for companies in these two regions.

Cees has a keen interest in developing personnel through effective training and strongly believes in management committed to 'bringing out the best in people'.

One of his key areas of interest is the impact of Emotional Intelligence on company performance. Course development to help companies improve their employees' performance and being 'on his feet' in the training room are the areas Cees enjoys most in the training field. Cees is the CEO of HeRoes Group of Companies. The HR division of the Group operates under the name of HeRoes(tm) and performs HR activities including specialized recruitment and assessments.

During the last three years Cees has developed The HeRoes(tm) Job Profiling system, an online sophisticated, cost effective HR tool replacing traditional job descriptions in what he calls 'something that works for all organizations'. The slogan of HeRoes 'adding a new dimension to HR Management' moves the markets into new waters over the coming years and forms the core of HeRoes' HR engagements.
